Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect and process

Depending on how you use the app, the following information may be collected or processed:

• Account details: email address, account identifier, authentication information, and approval status. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; the app uses authentication tokens to keep your session signed in.
• Business owner profile: the name, business name, industry, city, biography, business website link, and profile photo that you choose to provide.
• Networking activity: posts, discussions, opportunities, connection requests, accepted connections, and messages you send through the app.
• Events: event titles, descriptions, locations, and dates that you publish.
• Millionaire product records: labels, product types, destination links, and NFC tag identifiers when you choose to register a product or scan a compatible tag.
• Technical data: information needed for requests to reach our services, such as connection information and limited service logs maintained by infrastructure providers.

The app does not require precise GPS location to display the city or event location that a member enters manually. NFC scanning is optional and is available only on supported devices.

2. How we use information

• Authenticate members and determine whether an account has been approved.
• Display profiles, networking posts, opportunities, and events to other authorized members.
• Support connection requests and private conversations.
• Save and display a member's registered Millionaire Productions product information.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the services.
• Respond to questions, privacy inquiries, and account or data-deletion requests.

3. Visibility and sharing

Member profiles, profile photos, posts, and events are intended to be visible to other approved members of Millionaire Network. Information you publish in these areas should be information you are comfortable sharing within the network.

Direct messages and connection information are restricted through account access controls. Direct messages are intended to be accessible to the members participating in the conversation, rather than displayed in the public networking feed.

Profile photo visibility: profile photos may be stored at publicly accessible image URLs. Someone who has a direct image URL may be able to view that image even without signing in.

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage services. These providers process information to help operate Millionaire Network. The public privacy-policy website may also be delivered through Cloudflare, which can process ordinary website request information.

We do not sell member personal information. We may disclose information if legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.

4. NFC products and links

If you use the optional product manager, the app may read an NFC tag identifier and an existing web destination from a compatible product. Saved product information is linked to your approved account. Reading or saving this information in Millionaire Network does not automatically change the data stored on a physical NFC tag.

If you open an external business website or product destination, that destination may have its own privacy practices and policies.

5. Security

Millionaire Network uses encrypted connections to communicate with its backend services. The Android application uses protected local storage for its saved authentication session. Database access rules are used to restrict information according to account permissions.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Members should protect their credentials and avoid posting sensitive personal information in community content.

6. How long information is kept

Account information and member-created content are generally retained while an account remains active and as needed to operate Millionaire Network. When an account deletion request is completed, associated account information and member-created data are removed, except information that must be retained for applicable legal, security, or legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups or technical logs according to the applicable provider's retention practices.

7. Your choices

You can choose what profile details to provide and what content to post. The product manager also allows registered product records to be edited or removed without changing the physical NFC product itself.

For requests involving account information, personal data, or deletion of information that cannot be managed directly in the app, contact Millionaire Productions using the method below.

8. Account and data deletion

Members may request deletion of their Millionaire Network account and associated personal information, even when the account was originally created or approved by Millionaire Productions.

To request deletion, contact Millionaire Productions through its official website using the link below. Identify the request as “Millionaire Network account deletion” and provide the email address associated with the account. Do not send your password.

We may verify that the requester controls the account before completing the request. Deletion of the Millionaire Network account and its associated records does not erase or alter a physical NFC tag. Information required to be retained by law may be kept only as permitted by applicable requirements.

9. Children's privacy

Millionaire Network is a professional networking service intended for business owners and other approved members. It is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Millionaire Network changes. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate service notice.
